Free Trial Terms & Conditions

1. Free Trial Overview

The Smart Builder Smart Hub subscription includes a 7-day free trial period. During this trial, you will have full access to all Smart Hub features including:

• Quoting Engine
• Quote Risk Checker
• Site Notes Parser
• Compliance Checker
• Commercial AI Assistant

2. Automatic Billing

Important: Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of your 7-day free trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Upon conversion, you will be charged £14.99 per month to the payment method you provided during sign-up. Your billing cycle will begin on the day your trial ends.

3. How to Cancel

You may cancel your free trial at any time before it ends to avoid being charged. To cancel:

1. Log in to your Smart Builder account
2. Go to Dashboard > Settings > Subscription
3. Click "Cancel Subscription"

Alternatively, you can contact our support team at support@thesmartbuilder.co.uk to request cancellation.

4. No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. Once your trial converts to a paid subscription and you are charged, we do not offer refunds for:

• The current billing period
• Partial months of service
• Unused subscription time

If you cancel your subscription after being charged, you will retain access to the Smart Hub until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued.

5. Payment Method

To start your free trial, you must provide a valid payment method (credit card or debit card). Your card will not be charged during the trial period, but it will be automatically charged at the end of the 7-day trial unless you cancel.

6. One Trial Per User

The free trial is available once per user and cannot be extended or repeated. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free trials is prohibited and may result in account termination.

7. Trial Eligibility

The 7-day free trial is available only for new Smart Hub subscriptions. It does not apply to:

• The Smart Builder Toolkit (one-time purchase)
• The Founding Member Bundle
• Users who have previously had a Smart Hub subscription

8. Changes to Trial Terms

Smart Builder reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the free trial offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect trials already in progress.
